Griffin Reflect iPod Touch Case

Tough protection that reflects well on you.
The Reflect case is a durable polycarbonate mirrored-chrome shell that gives easy access to iPod touch's touchscreen.

A matte black rubberized case back complements the reflective front, and gives you a secure grip.

Fitting your brand new iPod touch into a Reflect case is a snap (literally), and your iPod stays protected yet always accessible.

This Reflect case from Griffin for the new iPod Touch will sell for $25 and will be available next month.

no its not.. and if you look close there's a rim where you see it's pretty much lefted open.. i had one for the ipod classic and was afraid the screen would get scratched so i returned it.. would be nice if it covered everything and still be able to use it by touch

is the ipod touch screen REALLY scratchproof??

the reflect does come with a screen protector, a pretty nice one actually... fits the screen _exactly_, so yes, the screen is protected, not by the hard case, but by the screen protector that comes with reflect.

People can I please leave something out there. The ipod touch screen is not scratch-proof. I have one and just the other day I put mine in my pocket without anything inside it and then took it out 3 minutes later to change the song and it had a half-inch scratch right above the home button.

That hardly proves the ipod touch as being scratch 'proof'. Use the same amount of pressure on a standard window pane with those items and u won't leave a mark.

If you thought about it that would mean the ipod touch is glass. duh.

LOL, scratch "proof"? Nothing ever made is scratch proof... let’s say scratch resistant instead. Yes, the iPod Touch has a glass front which is harder than plastic and thus more resistant to scratching. But being glass it’s susceptible to other issues… don't drop and especially don't bend. ;)
