You have to call your local apple store and ask if they have them in. I did last Friday 9/14 in San Diego and got the last one, and they only got the 8gb versions. Some stores only get the 16gb versions. But let me tell you, it is one kick @$$ player and the wifi is awesome.

Yes, calling the stores ahead of time is the best way. I called all over the Bay Area and found out when they received their daily shipments.
I got this case from SFBags.com and it's pretty cool. (that Belkin one looks snazzy too, but I'm not sure about those hexagon patterns...). I wanted something to protect my iPod when I throw it into my work bag. I like the look of these.

Im telling you guys...the touch is fantastic....i spend days just watching videos on it...when im not watching them...im surfing the net on it....hehe...apple did a fantastic job....buy the 16gb,...its worth more than the 8gb

Can't buy this beautiful product!
I live in Belgium, and on their site, they only ship to USA and Canada..
On the Dutch site, the product isn't available/visible..
I want it! :)

I love my Touch, but I don't much like the pattern on that case, though it looks functional. I picked up a "Smart Case" for my Touch from Waterfield Designs. I love it - sleek and simple and it protects my screen when I throw it in my briefcase. It's also a nice, snug fit so it doesn't fall out.

Josh, while the cases you are advertising may protect the touch, they are butt fugly. :) I agree, the Belkin case would be far better without the external graphic, but it is still the most elegant and classy looking case I've seen. If I don't see anything similar but perhaps without the pattern on the outside, I'll probably go with that one. The touch is so cool and elegant, I wouldn't want to hide it in something as crappy looking as these sfbags ones.

I am looking for a case for my ipod touch that will protect it while in my purse. I want a way to organize my earbuds so they don't tangle plus a sleeve or something for a stylus. Does anyone know if such a case exists or am I just dreaming?

@Karen, Thanks for your comment. I believe what you need is a ipod touch case with cable management. You can look at the MetroTCM ipod touch cases from Macally. This case has cable management that gives you a place to store your headphone without tangle.
